I am hearing from more people who have also had problems - this person with title searches - or in my case lack of a thorough title search. Here is here last email:

performance for just title searches and was wondering if anyone else had
problems, so I googled reviews. What a horrible experience you had. I hope
First American Title could work better. That is who I will use next time."
